Kit??? That is a little beyond the "kit' thing. You need architectural plans for that building, approval and permits.
Where can I store paperwork?
I'm a 20 year old guy and I've recently had this problem. I'm not sure where/how to store my ever-growing collection of statements, insurance papers, receipts, and other important documents. When I realized that I needed some sort of organization method last year, I bought a rack and a bunch of manila folders. The folder idea works but now the folders are getting full and I don't know where to put them. I could always go out and buy a plastic container but I need something that goes with the rest of my wooden-style furniture. We have a big file cabinet in our garage but I don't want to put my important/sensitive documents in the garage where everyone can access them or they can easily be burned or something.

Get a scanner and scan them into a computer and then back them up. Then put the originals in a safe, file cabinet or some other storage device.
