It looks like you have a good, solid deck to start with, but overall you've got way too many normal monsters. Try finding ones with good effects, like silent swordsman, or silent swordsman. Some of these monsters work well with equip cards. You could make a whole deck out of that. Basically, you need a theme (some common goal all your cards relate to) and better monsters. Elemental Heros could make an interesting theme, I see you've already got a few, and so could the equip card thing. Don't bother putting in another Reinforcement of the Army, though. It's limited now, so you can only have 1.
