Okay, ive seen MANY very different things made from photoshop.
Like, edited self-photos, crazy design artwork, edited landscapes...

Im interested in art and such, Im thinking of buying Photoshop, but obviously I dont really have the slightest idea on what to do with it, except that people can really make amazing designs and such with it.
Also, how much skill would it take to make something like my first example?

Perfect, I already have a wacom tablet. 
photoshop is a program where you can make anything from a complicated portrait to a square. so really it has the tools its just about how you use them. and if you want to use photoshop i recomend a wacom tablet. it lets you draw like ur on paper but it appears on screen. im advice is always to google it and download the trial version first
