My landlord got into a long-term rental dispute with next door neighbors and the gardening services stopped. I have even offered to do this for a fair price but the landlord only wants to pay with a $20 Home Depot Gift Card. His late fees (which are greatly enforced) are more than 3x that amount. I am tired of things flying in and biting me.

Is it too late to set up a gardening business?
Finding a job is impossible atm and was wondering is late june/early july too late to set up a lawn mowing service or should i leave it until about March next year?
