House Clearance Leeds Demand Slows as Garden Clearance Leeds Grows
Demand for house clearances in Leeds has switched to garden clearances as the residents of West Yorkshire are looking to get rid of their garden rubbish in time for summer. The recent good weather has seen a surge in demand for garden clearance as demand for house clearance has fallen.
"The surge in demand for garden clearance has been huge, people can't wait to clear their Gardens ahead of the summer." James Scarlett, director of wetakeanywaste.com said.
"We're still carrying out house clearances every day but the demand for garden clearances, particularly in Leeds, is much stronger."
"Unlike Leeds garden landscape companies and Leeds garden maintenance firms we will take all types of garden waste. This includes old patios, sheds, garden furniture, soil, stone, grass cuttings, leaves, muck, compost, bricks pretty much anything!"
wetakeanywaste.com is one of the many skip hire alternative companies that are popping up around the country. Based in Wakefield their main markets are Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield and Bradford. Like skips they can take all your rubbish but the key difference is they do the loading for you and are cheaper than skip hire.
But why are customers flocking to wetakeanywaste.com instead of using skips? "Recycling! Unlike skips that are loaded by the customer, we do the loading. This means we can separate all the rubbish as we load it by material. Typically we recycle 75% of every collection. However some collections, like garden clearance and house clearance lead to recycling rates of over 90%."
With the summer months round the corner demand for garden clearance Leeds looks set to go up.

Garden Equipment Maintenance Contracts/Agreements?
I guess when I asked about anyone having a Sears Maintenance Contracts, thought their stock with Sears would drop. I didn't get any answers so, let's try again. Is it worth paying big bucks for a 2 or 3 year maintenance contract/agreement, and have you received the service/repairs when you wanted it ? I don't work for Sears or any other company that services Garden equipment, just looking for input from people who have bought and used these types of services. Thanks
?
I know there can't be that many do-it-yourself people out there. I won't make fun of your answers or mishaps, and don't want anyone else to, just need to get information. Have only one answer to my question in the last two days. Can't tell me with all the junk e-mails that I have read, there aren't good business type people out there to come up with what has taken place with them. Thanks
service contracts of any kind on any product are a bad idea. they are never worth the money charged for them.
